Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Handle international calls, emails, and chats from various countries (UK process).
  • Upsell products/services to existing customers to increase revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling UK processes or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients across different cultures.
  • Ability to work on International Voice Process, International Calling, International Sales, and Upselling tasks.
