As part of Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (VOIS), this role is pivotal in driving commercial governance, financial planning, and cost transparency across the ARC service tower. The Senior Manager Commercials will lead strategic finance initiatives, including FTE cost modelling, PQ rate card governance, and internal billing operations. The individual will collaborate closely with Group Finance, Service Tower Leads, and Transformation teams to ensure commercial discipline and alignment with Vodafones operating model.

What you will do

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Lead the FP&A lifecycle for VOIS service towers, including AOP, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning, cost optimisation, and investment decisions.
• Analyse variances, trends, and performance drivers to provide actionable insights.
• Align operational KPIs with financial outcomes in collaboration with Hub Leads and Tower Owners.

• Commercial Governance & Profitability Management:

• Design and implement internal pricing strategies and cost recovery models using Vodafones PQ framework.
• Conduct profitability analysis across markets, services, and processes to identify margin improvement opportunities.
• Ensure financial alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and internal chargeback mechanisms.

• FTE Cost Modelling & Workforce Financials:

• Own and evolve the FTE cost model across VOIS locations.
• Analyse workforce mix and location strategy for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR and Workforce Planning to align headcount budgets with financial targets.

• Cost Centre / Profit Centre Governance:

• Ensure accurate mapping of financial transactions to CC/PC structures.
• Establish governance frameworks for budgeting and cost allocation.
• Support organisational changes with financial impact assessments.

• PQ Billing & Internal Chargeback Operations:

• Lead internal billing processes, including PQ rate card development.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness through reconciliation and governance.
• Drive automation and process standardisation for efficiency.

• Strategic Business Partnering & Transformation Support:

• Act as a trusted finance advisor to VOIS and Group leadership.
• Represent Finance in transformation programmes and governance councils.
• Support digital finance transformation initiatives, including automation and analytics.

What skills you need

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 1012+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and shared services.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modelling, and ERP platforms (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in digital finance tools such as Power BI, Anaplan, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership engagement.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
