Job Description – Steward/Waiter

Location: Wagon Line Lounge & Bar, Delhi Cantt (Army Lounge & Bar)

About Us:

Wagon Line Lounge & Bar is a premium Army lounge & bar located in Delhi Cantt, known for its service standards, curated food & beverages, and welcoming ambience. We are looking for passionate and professional Stewards/Waiters who have worked in well-known fine-dine and casual dining restaurants like Punjab Grill, Pind Balluchi, The Chatter House, Yellow Chilli, Social, Roastery Coffee, Big Chill Café, Moti Mahal, Sandoz, Juggernaut, Biryani Blues, or similar.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service with attention to detail.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, table setting, and guest interaction.
• Handle guest queries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Work as a team player to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in fine-dine or premium casual dining restaurants.
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi).
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and guest-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lounge/bar environment.
• Candidates with Army Cantt background/nearby location preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience).
• No service charge (Army Lounge policy).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
