Barista + Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency Maintain cleanliness of all coffee equipment and working station Provide a warm and engaging café experience to customers Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies Recommend seasonal specials and support menu innovation Managerial Duties Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow Manage and schedule staff shifts, attendance, and training Handle billing, cash register, and daily sales reporting Monitor inventory and place timely supply orders Ensure hygiene, food safety, and service quality standards Address customer feedback and complaints professionally Support marketing initiatives, social media, and in-store promotions Qualifications Proven experience as a barista and/or café supervisor Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, latte art, and café equipment Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets Hospitality or F&B certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
