Job Description

Enterprise Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead
end-to-end solution architecture
for large, multi-service line programs (BPS, ADMS, Infra, Cloud, Security).
Drive
architecture governance
across design, deployment, and technology selection.
Present and defend technical solutions to customers during pre-sales and bid stages.
Collaborate with business, delivery, and engineering stakeholders across geographies.
Analyze risks, optimize solution design, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Stay current with
emerging technologies
(AI, DevSecOps, AIOps, Automation) and apply them where relevant.

Requirements:

20+ years of IT industry experience, with 10+ years in
Enterprise/Solution Architecture leadership roles
.
Proven track record in
digital transformation, greenfield implementations, and managed services
.
Strong understanding of SDLC, software engineering, sizing, and non-functional design.
Experience with
project financials (TCO, ROI, EAC/ETC)
and business case evaluation.
Excellent stakeholder management and
communication skills
.
Familiar with tools and practices like DevSecOps, AIOps, SRE, Configuration Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications
: TOGAF, AWS, Azure (preferred)
Prior experience in Tier-1 or Tier-2 IT services/consulting firms
Domain knowledge in BFSI, Manufacturing, or Retail is an advantage
