Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and pitch proposals to corporates for CSR funding
• Build and maintain relationships with CSR departments and decision-makers
• Ensure documentation and compliance with CSR laws and donor requirements
• Meet fundraising targets and report outcomes
  

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of direct experience in

  CSR fundraising

• Strong communication and proposal-writing skills
• Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record
  

Compensation:

• Salary will be based on current experience and last drawn salary

• Attractive hike

  for high performers with solid documentation of past results
