About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
• Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with the brand voice and strategy.
• Track analytics, monitor trends, and optimize for organic growth.

Digital Platforms Information Management

• Maintain and update company information consistently across all digital platforms (websites, directories, partner portals, event listings, etc.).
• Always ensure brand consistency and accuracy of information.

Content Creation Reels & Videos

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels) to showcase internal culture, employee engagement, and external events.
• Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams for creative storytelling and timely content roll-out.

Event & Speaking Opportunities Research

• Research relevant industry events, conferences, and speaking opportunities for leadership and brand visibility.
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming opportunities and share actionable insights with the team.

Organic Engagement

• Drive community engagement through meaningful interactions, timely responses, and trend-based campaigns.
• Explore innovative ways to increase organic reach, followers, and content impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/MBA, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in creating reels, short-form video content, and using editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Instagram edit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to research, organize, and present findings effectively.
