Roles &Responsibilities

Demographics & Charge Entry

Enter and update patient demographics into the practice management system.
Review and enter charges based on medical coding and billing guidelines.
Verify and validate insurance details prior to charge submission.
Ensure data accuracy to minimize rejections and denials.
Coordinate with coding and billing teams for clarification on missing or incorrect information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in US medical billing (RCM process).
Hands-on experience with billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, etc.).
