Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
LLM-based solutions
using models like GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar
Build and optimize
NLP pipelines
for text classification, summarization, search, Q&A, and chatbots
Implement
Prompt Engineering
,
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
, and
vector databases
Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using domain-specific datasets
Work with structured and unstructured data for feature engineering and model training
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
Monitor model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost optimization
Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and model governance

Mandatory Skills

Strong proficiency in
Python
Solid foundation in
Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Hands-on experience with
LLMs / Generative AI
Experience in
NLP
(tokenization, embeddings, transformers)
Frameworks:
LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDK
Experience with
RAG architecture
and
vector databases
(FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate)
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
