Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, integrate, and deploy
AI Copilots
using
Microsoft Copilot Studio
,
Azure OpenAI
, and
Power Platform
.
Build conversational flows, prompt engineering logic, and context-driven automations using
LLMs (GPT, Phi, Claude, etc.)
.
Collaborate with business teams to design
domain-specific copilots
for functions like HR, Finance, Operations, and IT.
Implement data connectors to integrate Copilot with
Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, and Power BI
.
Enhance Copilot performance by tuning prompts, fine-tuning models, and leveraging
RAG pipelines
.
Ensure compliance with
data security, governance, and responsible AI practices
.
Work closely with UX teams to improve user experience and adoption metrics.

Technical Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Copilot Studio
,
Power Virtual Agents
, and
Power Automate
.
Proficiency in
Azure OpenAI Service
,
LangChain
, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of
Python
,
API integrations
, and
data pipelines
.
Knowledge of
Azure Cognitive Services
,
Microsoft Graph API
, and
Power Apps
.
Familiarity with
LLM fine-tuning
,
vector databases
(e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, or FAISS).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
