Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our cloud computing and IT services partnership initiatives across the North American market. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on building and managing partnerships in the cloud computing and IT services sector. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to generate leads and revenue through strategic alliances are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and IT service companies to expand our market reach and solution offerings. Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive lead generation, joint go-to-market initiatives, and revenue growth. Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing, and product) to deliver integrated solutions and maximize the impact of partnerships. Maintain a deep understanding of the cloud computing and IT services landscape, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster new business opportunities. Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Skills Required Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or alliance management within the cloud computing or IT services industry. Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving revenue through cloud and IT services partnerships. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT service delivery models. Exceptional verbal anD written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiatewith technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.
