Physical Security Operations: 30% - Identify security risks and ensures necessary remediation, acceptance, mitigation, or transference of these risks in an efficient and timely manner. - Ensure timely and effective reporting to line managers of routine operational activities and all exceptions - Develop deep understanding of site business operations with a view to proactively offer and implement adequate security and safety measuresin order to ensure safety-security risk avoidance. - Establish effective physical security measuresto ensure people safety and no risk exposure to business. - Conduct (or ensure) effective and timely security and safety investigations and effectively manage security issues and incidents. - Ensure effective implementation of applicable local regulations, corporate security policies & standards. - Develop and implement local processes and guidelinesto prevent or minimize losses and business disruptions. - Establish working relationship with key individualsin staff throughout the site regarding Security & Safety matters appropriately. - Plan, co-ordinate and supervise operationalsecurity activities and projects. - Conduct internal security & safety assessments and ensure no risk exposure, also provide effective support during external audits, including RJC assessments. - Ensure timely and effective security & safety training to all employees, students, vendors and service providersincluding SSHE orientation for new joiners. - Establish effective liaison with local authorities. - Conduct performance evaluation of team members and ensure
