Job Title: Technical Writer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX teams to produce high-quality manuals, API documentation, release notes, and internal guides.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain product documentation including user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and online help content.

Write and edit technical documents to support product features, workflows, and configurations.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-centric documentation.

Document APIs, SDKs, and integration processes for external developers and partners.

Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand tone across all technical content.

Update and manage documentation in line with product releases and feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a product-based company.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product functionality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, Git, JIRA, or similar.

Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and convert them into easy-to-understand documentation.

Basic knowledge of HTML, Markdown, or XML is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in English, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with SaaS or enterprise software products.

Exposure to Agile development environments.
