Job Description: • Analyses of technical designs and develop appropriate solutions based on our standards • Reviews tactical and strategic plans and assesses the feasibility and technical risk of incorporating a given architecture or solution into the internal technology environment and communicates the findings to management and/or project/work teams to assist with decision-making • Provides design, development and support server infrastructure estimates to management and/or project/work teams that are used in determining business initiative feasibility and priorities • Reviews hardware/software design documents for new business/technical initiatives (e.g., High Level Requirements Document [HLRD] and High Level System Design Document [HLSD]) received from other Technical Specialists, Business Technology Specialists, and Project Managers to ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to our technology standards • Partners with our development partners and collaborates with other organizations (e.g., Technology Development (TD), Networks, and Information Security) to recommend a server solution to the system non-functional requirements (e.g., Service Level Agreement [SLA] monitoring, audit controls, reporting, and security) • Network with vendors and peers in external IT organizations, through user groups, in order to remain current with emerging technologies to satisfy the Enterprises needs • Provides technical coaching to team members on design patterns, development processes • Strong understanding of SAP application security architecture (SAP BW/SAP BPC/Banking) • Strong experience with SAP BW/BOBJ/BPC authorization • Completion of at least 3 full life cycle SAP security implementation including SAP role maintenance skills, design, build and troubleshooting for 8-10 years • Assist in design, document and continually enhance SAP security administration policies, processes, and procedures for the SAP environment • Strong experience in the creation, maintenance, and assignment of single, derived and composite roles, profiles, and authorization objects • Act as a liaison between the SAP Security team and other business teams to meet business needs while providing a secure and auditable SAP Environment • Review SAP application security profiles to assess how application security is being used as a part of the overall business process control environment • Work with business areas and project teams to troubleshoot issues with security objects, identify and implement appropriate solutions • Set up, maintenance and use of Central User Administration (CUA) and Single sign on (SSO) • Sound understanding of SAP S4 Fiori Catalogues, S4 Fiori Groups and adding new Fiori Tiles to SAP roles as per business requirement. • Good to have SAP SRM security knowledge. • Working knowledge of SAP S4 CDS views for reports and handle new role build in the Hana Database (HDB) • Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures and standards • Ability to analyse SOD violations/risks and provide recommendations based on SAP Best Practice to mitigate such risks • Strong working experience in GRC is mandatory • Willingness to share knowledge with other security team members • Strong communication and organization skills with ability to clearly articulate security and control risks exposures • Recommend solution for pain points in existing design and come up with novel solutions • Team leading skills and appropriate presentation to client • Prepare and maintain documentation as needed • Flexibility to work in shifts and stretch assignment • Available for work on weekend on need basis • Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions • Successful completion of at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP GRC, ERP and HANA. • Role design, configuration, testing, and deployment methodology within SAP application architecture • Detailed knowledge on BW Security • Detailed knowledge of ABAP and Java based authorizations within SAP applications • SAP ECC Profile Generator (single roles, master / derived roles, composite roles) • Technical expertise in core skills of SAP BI 7.0 security analysis authorization concept • SAP GRC 10.0 configuration and administration • SAP Enterprise Portal UME administration • Experience in CHARM Process and role build - Good to Have • SAP SRM Authorization Concepts • Strong communication skills to facilitate working in a dynamic project environment • Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects • Knowledge on BPC and IBP Security
