Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of Books of Accounts
Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
General Accounting
Handle journal entries, reconciliations, provisioning, accruals, and adjustments.
Audit & Compliance
Liaise with statutory auditors, ensure tax audits, internal audits, and compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Financial Reporting
— Prepare MIS reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting
— Support management in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Accounts Payable/Receivable Management
— Oversee vendor payments, receivables aging, and ensure reconciliation.
Taxation
— Review and file GST returns, TDS, and income tax-related documentation.
Team Leadership
— Supervise and guide a team of accountants; ensure adherence to timelines and process excellence.
Process Improvement
— Implement best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal control.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
Tally / ERP systems / SAP (preferred)
Hands-on experience in
GST filing, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Sound understanding of
financial statements and accounting principles
Expertise in
Excel, MIS, and data analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
