Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Qualification - Graduate (12th with experience can apply)

Salary - (18000 in Hand / 22000 CTC) Payroll.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Providing administrative support for processessuch asinventory control, data entry, and claims

management.

  • Uphold quality and compliance standards while carrying out particulartasks.
  • Ensuring many processesrun smoothly and in an efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely communication with internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems, policies, and processes.
  • AI can analyze ticket detailsto automatically route them to the appropriate team orspecialist.
  • Scripting and automation tools:
  • Analysts can use AI to automate repetitive tasks like software installations and user

provisioning.

  • Analyzing Data for Insights
  • They must possessstrong organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding

of technology.

  • They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, as well as have a keen eye for

detail and accuracy.

  • Associates must also keep up-to-date on the companys developments and understand the roles

of other employees.

  • AI can analyze historical data to predict potential issues and proactively address them before

they impact users.

  • The job requires proficiency in computer applicationssuch as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel,

and other related software of CRM.

  • AI can analyze user data to recommend specific training resources and documentation for

improved self-service

  • Capabilities to Improving Customer Service and AI-powered analytics dashboards
  • Can provide real-time insights into ticket volume, resolution times, and usersatisfaction,

allowing for proactive adjustments to improve the support experience.
