Hindi Tele Support Location : Padivattom, Edappally Experience :* Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales / Customer support.* ( Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Hindi & English) Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi ; ​ Qualifications :* Bachelor's degree is mandatory.* Salary : ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Working Days : 5 days a week Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support and Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Hindi. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, promoting our range of financial products, and ensuring exceptional client support. The ideal candidate will spend 70% of their time on customer support activities and 30% on sales and sales support. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial objectives are met, providing ongoing support and assistance. Customer Assistance: Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Support Services: Provide clients with detailed information about financial products, policies, and procedures, offering guidance tailored to their needs. Feedback Management : Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery and address any areas of concern. Problem Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating to relevant departments when necessary. Proactive Engagement: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure their needs are met and to offer additional support. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of financial products and services. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Results-oriented and target-driven.
