Job Title: Hindi Teacher – Primary Grades

Location: Jakkur Bangalore
Department: Academics – Primary
Reports to: Head of Department / Principal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher for primary classes who can create a positive and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi language (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension) to young learners, while fostering interest, confidence, and love for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Hindi lessons as per the curriculum.
• Teach Hindi language skills (vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in age-appropriate ways.
• Create engaging lesson plans and teaching aids to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
• Assess students’ progress regularly through classwork, assignments, projects, and tests.
• Maintain proper records of student performance and provide feedback to parents during PTMs.
• Encourage participation in co-curricular activities, story-telling, recitation, and cultural programs.
• Manage classroom discipline and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / Education (B.A. in Hindi + B.Ed. preferred).
• Prior teaching experience in a school (primary level) is an advantage.
• Strong command over Hindi language (both spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
• Ability to design innovative classroom activities and foster holistic learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
