Key Responsibilities:

• Teach

  Hindi language and literature

  as per prescribed curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IB, etc.).
• Develop lesson plans, exercises, and teaching materials to improve reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Prepare students for examinations and language competitions.
• Use storytelling, role-play, and interactive activities to make classes engaging.
• Assess and track student performance through assignments and tests.
• Encourage students to appreciate Hindi culture, literature, and communication.
• Participate in school events, debates, and cultural programs to promote Hindi.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi, Literature, or related field.
• B.Ed/M.Ed preferred (mandatory for schools, optional for coaching).
• Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, prose, and poetry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi (basic English knowledge preferred).
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are welcome.
• Ability to manage classroom and engage students effectively.
