Job Description

Hindi Teacher (PGT) with TET/B.Ed qualification is responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to senior secondary students. The role involves lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, prose, and poetry, while enhancing students’ linguistic, cultural, and communication skills in an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare engaging Hindi lessons aligned with academic syllabus.
Evaluate student performance through tests and assignments.
Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
Develop creative teaching aids for better understanding.
Conduct oral and written communication improvement sessions.
Collaborate with staff for academic and cultural activities.
Guide students in examinations and project submissions.
Participate in workshops to improve teaching methodologies.

Skill & Experience

Strong command over Hindi grammar and literature.
Effective communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
Knowledge of modern teaching tools and techniques.
Patience, empathy, and excellent motivational abilities.
Competence in student assessment and progress evaluation.
