Job Description: Hindi Teacher (Grades VI–X)Position Overview

Kids Club International School, Tiruppur, is seeking an experienced and passionate Hindi Teacher to teach Grades VI–X. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality instruction aligned with international teaching standards, while fostering strong language skills and cultural appreciation among students.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Hindi lessons aligned with international curriculum expectations.
• Teach Hindi grammar, literature, writing, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
• Use activity-based learning, inquiry-driven methods, and modern teaching strategies.
• Incorporate digital tools, smartboard activities, and technology-supported learning.
• Assess student performance through classwork, tests, and projects; maintain records systematically.

Classroom & Curriculum Management

• Prepare lesson plans and learning materials as per school guidelines.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Modify teaching approaches to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Support school events, language weeks, cultural programs, and competitions related to Hindi.

Student Support

• Identify learning gaps and provide necessary remediation or enrichment.
• Motivate students to develop confidence in speaking, reading, and writing Hindi.
• Guide students in academic and cultural activities at interschool and intraschool levels.

Collaboration

• Work closely with subject coordinators and grade-level teachers for planning and integration.
• Attend staff meetings, training programs, and workshops.
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress.

Qualifications & SkillsAcademic & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature / Education.
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferably in CBSE or international school settings).

Skills

• Strong command over written and spoken Hindi; working proficiency in English.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to use digital learning platforms and educational technology.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
