Position: PYP Hindi Teacher Location: Vijayawada Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month Curriculum: IB PYP (International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme) Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Hindi at the primary level; prior IB PYP experience is highly desirable. Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hindi Facilitator to join our dynamic IB PYP team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of language teaching, a student-centered approach, and a commitment to fostering inquiry, creativity, and international mindedness through the IB PYP framework. Key Responsibilities Design and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the IB PYP curriculum. Integrate language learning within transdisciplinary themes to support conceptual understanding. Promote inquiry-based learning and develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Hindi. Employ differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback. Collaborate with homeroom and single-subject teachers for interdisciplinary planning and unit development. Actively participate in professional development sessions, IB workshops, and school events. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student agency and voice. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or a related discipline. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory. IB PYP training or certification preferred. Fluency in both Hindi and English with excellent communication skills. A reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and a passion for early years and primary education.
