Location ; Koramangala, Bangalore Role; Customer Support Education qualification: - Any graduate with good analytical skills (BCA / BSC Computer science background/Electrical Engineering preferred) - 1 to 3 years of experience Desired skills: - Self motivated with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi /Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu. - Ability to provide responses from simple to complex queries and deliver customer delight. - Past experience with ERP support - Exposure to working in Startup ecosystem is desired Job description: - Responsible for providing effective and timely resolution to customer queries. - Responsible for providing support via call and via chat - Should align on TAT and SLA standards set by the company - Escalate necessary cases to the right team - May be required to perform other tasks as assigned - Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours during high volumes Requirement: Someone who stays in Bangalore Someone who is from an electrical/Mathematical background Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
