HIL Test Engineer

• Develop and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems using dSPACE tools.
• Validate automotive powertrain Electronic Control Units (ECUs) and related systems.
• Utilize CANoe, ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, and ConfigurationDesk for test execution and system integration.
• Create automated test scripts and perform debugging and failure analysis to ensure system reliability.
• Integrate MATLAB/Simulink models into HIL benches for comprehensive system testing.

• Experience with Python or CAPL for test automation
• Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE)
• Hands-on experience with ECU flashing, calibration, and diagnostics
• Exposure to version control systems like Git and tools like Jira or JenkinsAnalytical, detail-oriented, and organized work approach.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle complex technical issues and propose feasible solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Electrical or related engineering field.
