We are seeking a skilled Highway Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Ghazipur. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and possess proven expertise in highway design and construction. This full-time, site-based role requires a proactive individual capable of managing complex projects and ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient highway systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Highway Design and Development: Create and oversee detailed highway engineering designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Project Management: Lead highway construction projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Site Supervision: Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control and resolve any design or construction issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to facilitate project progress and address any concerns.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in highway engineering, including project management and site supervision in the road and highways sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineering License
• Experience with public sector highway projects
