Highway Engineer

As a Highway Engineer at Modi Groups in Mahala, Jaipur (Highway Project), you will be a key player in overseeing the successful completion of road and highway construction projects. With your extensive 35 years of experience in the field, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: - Execute and monitor day-to-day road and highway construction activities as per project requirements. - Conduct surveys, leveling, and alignment checks using Auto Level and related instruments. - Review drawings and technical specifications, ensuring their proper implementation at the site. - Supervise and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labor workforce. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation. - Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. - Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and addressing technical/site issues. - Verify material quality, usage, and ensure timely availability for uninterrupted work. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. - 35 years of work experience in highway/road construction projects. - Strong working knowledge of Auto Level and survey instruments. - Familiarity with IRC/MORTH specifications is an added advantage. - Good leadership, reporting, and coordination skills. - Willingness to be stationed at Mahala, Jaipur project site. The compensation for this full-time position is an attractive package, negotiable based on experience. You will be required to work in person at the project site in Mahala, Jaipur.
