High School Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi language and literature lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments that foster reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Encourage students’ interest in Indian culture, values, and traditions through literature and language.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations; maintain accurate academic records.
• Provide individualized support to students who need additional help.
• Integrate modern teaching aids and technology (smart boards, digital content, etc.) into lessons.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, school events, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and improve curriculum and co-curricular activities related to Hindi language and culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hindi / Hindi Literature with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (as per CBSE norms).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level preferred.
• Strong command over Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, and composition.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
• Familiarity with digital tools, e-learning platforms, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
