Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations; maintain accurate academic records. Provide individualized support to students who need additional help. Integrate modern teaching aids and technology (smart boards, digital content, etc.) into lessons. Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, school events , and professional development programs.
