High School English Teacher (IGCSE)

We’re Hiring – English Facilitator (Senior School) IGCSE We are seeking a creative and passionate English Facilitator to join our Senior School (Grades 8–12).The ideal candidate should hold a Postgraduate Degree in English Language with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and demonstrate a deep passion for teaching and learning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.About the RoleThe position involves teaching learners from Grades 8 to 12.We are looking for a motivated, result-oriented educator who can inspire effective communication, creativity, and independent thinking in students.The facilitator should be enthusiastic, empathetic, and committed to helping learners improve their writing, presentation, and speaking skills.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate learning through innovative, virtual, and blended methods.Plan, guide, and introduce diverse presentation methods and creative applications.Encourage students to take ownership of their learning and track progress weekly.Write blogs/articles on student work and projects, and guide learners in public speaking.Maintain detailed records of learners’ progress aligned with the school’s curriculum framework.Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications1. Master’s Degree in English Literature, Journalism, or a related field (Teaching credentials preferred).2. Familiarity with the IGCSE curriculum will be an added advantage.3. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.4. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.5.
