Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Advisor at Erum The Jewellery Studio, based in Hyderabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. Daily tasks will include client consultations, managing client inquiries, and delivering a high standard of personal service to enhance the client's experience with our luxurious jewellery offerings.

Qualifications

• Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience with Insurance policies related to jewellery
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM software and client management tools
• A background in luxury retail or the jewellery industry is a plus
