Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct complex data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute studies.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support research activities.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of health economics and outcomes research principles and methods.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS or R.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
A graduate degree is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
