Job Description

Role: Helper in Induction Heating CompanyKey ResponsibilitiesSupport to Technicians & Operators Assist in machine operation setup and shutdown. Help in loading/unloading material (workpieces, coils, fixtures). Provide tools, consumables, and equipment required during operations. Material Handling Carry raw materials, parts, and finished products within the plant. Maintain proper stacking and housekeeping of materials. Maintenance Assistance Help maintenance staff during breakdown or preventive maintenance. Clean machine parts, coils, and components under technician guidance. Safety & Housekeeping Follow all safety rules (PPE usage, handling of hot components, etc.). Keep the workplace neat and hazard-free. Dispose of scrap and waste materials properly. Documentation & Reporting (Basic) Maintain daily activity logs (with supervisor’s support). Inform supervisors/technicians immediately in case of abnormalities. Training & Learning Learn basics of induction heating machines, tools, and processes. Upgrade skills over time to become an operator or technician. Skills & Qualities RequiredBasic understanding of workshop safety. Physical strength and stamina. Willingness to learn technical skills. Discipline and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions carefully. Career PathHelper → Machine Operator → Technician → Supervisor (with training & experience).
