Receiving and logging user requests or incidents via phone, email, or ticketing systems Diagnosing and resolving common technical problems such as password resets, VPN access, printer/setup issues, and software errors Communicating solutions clearly to users, often simplifying technical information for non-technical staff Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level IT support teams Monitoring service requests to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) Supporting the setup and configuration of computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications Maintaining documentation of problems and solutions for future reference Occasionally assisting in onboarding new employees with IT setup and access

Pay: ₹18,770.63 - ₹21,096.97 per month
