Job Description

As a Helpdesk Analyst - Mac Support at NTT DATA, your role will involve providing L2 technical guidance in activities related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email & Chat. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure - Participating in recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps - Demonstrating strong troubleshooting knowledge of macOS, Apple Hardware, Safari, Chrome, MS Office, and COTS applications - Applying sound knowledge of ITIL best practices for Incident & Request Management procedures - Understanding how MDM solutions such as Jamf/Intune work - Holding an Apple Device Support Certification would be an added advantage - Being familiar with Jamf Pro would also be an added advantage Qualifications required for this role include: - Must be a Graduate with B. Tech/B. E or any other technical degree preferred - Good communication skills with a minimum of 1 year of international calling experience - Good comprehension & writing skills - Excellent customer handling skills - Comfortable to work in rotational shifts with a 24x7 support window - Familiarity with the latest macOS - Experience in handling Apple workstations like MacBook, iMac, etc. - Experience in supporting Apple devices like MacBook, iMac About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
