Helpdesk Analyst - Mac Support

Role Overview: As a Helpdesk Analyst - Mac Support at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, you will play a crucial role in managing SLAs & KPIs, customer/stakeholder relationship, cross functional support, and 24x7 operations.
