Help Desk Support Specialist (French)

The role of Associate-Helpdesk based in Pune, India (Hybrid) involves working in rotational shifts, including night shifts at Sakon, a leading SaaS company specializing in managing communication services and costs, mobility, and cloud services for large enterprise customers worldwide. As a member of the Mobility Support Desk, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical and general support to users facing technology, software, or service-related issues. This includes handling incoming calls, chats, emails, and tickets, and collaborating with mobile phone carriers and internal teams to resolve mobile service issues while adhering to business rules and policies.
