Role Overview

Heavy Equipment Operators

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, loaders, graders, backhoes, forklifts, and other machinery as per site requirements.
• Perform pre-operation checks and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Follow site safety regulations and report any hazards or breakdowns immediately.
• Assist in loading, hauling, grading, trenching, lifting, and other earthmoving tasks.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and records of equipment usage.
• Conduct basic maintenance and report any repair needs.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School / ITI / Diploma (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Valid operating license / certification for relevant equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment operation guidelines.
• Ability to work in challenging site conditions and long hours if required.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
