Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of heavy machinery, ensuring safety and efficiency on construction sites.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
Follow safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project specifications are met.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related fields.
Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
Familiarity with various types of heavy machinery and their functions.
