Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Consultant

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for developing HVAC system concepts, designs, and specifications for a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Attending meetings with clients to understand their requirements and project expectations. - Performing heat load calculations, airflow distribution analysis, duct design, and equipment selection to ensure optimal HVAC system performance. - Integrating energy-efficient solutions into HVAC design to promote sustainability and reduce energy consumption. - Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical drawings, and specifications for HVAC systems. - Managing a team of engineers to ensure project deadlines are met and work is carried out efficiently. - Demonstrating expertise in various HVAC systems for commercial and industrial applications, including principles of HVAC, pipe and duct design, design checks, heat load analysis, and ventilation disciplines. - Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP consultants to seamlessly integrate HVAC systems into building designs. - Reviewing and approving HVAC system layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment placement to meet project requirements and regulations. - Providing guidance on cost estimation and feasibility studies for HVAC solutions to assist in project decision-making. - Mentoring junior HVAC engineers and design teams to foster professional growth and development. - Managing client expectations and offering technical guidance during project discussions to ensure successful project outcomes.
