Role Description

This full-time role as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician is based on-site in Trivandrum. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and handling plumbing and electrical tasks. The role also involves ensuring compliance with EPA regulations and providing high-quality HVAC services to meet the needs of clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Plumbing and Electrical systems
• Knowledge of EPA regulations and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Experience in the facility management or HVAC industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications and training in HVAC and related fields
