Cureboon addresses the challenges faced by primary physicians in overburdened healthcare systems, particularly in developing countries like India. Our e-platform facilitates real-time doctor-to-doctor telecommunication for each patient’s case, allowing primary physicians to consult specialists seamlessly. By providing comprehensive interfaces and assistive scheduling, Cureboon enhances patient diagnosis and timely access to care. This tool improves patient retention, builds strong doctor networks, and reduces out-of-pocket expenses for patients. Cureboon is funded by IIT Patna's incubator program.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Worker. The Healthcare Worker will be responsible for providing community health services, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, delivering health education, managing case files, and promoting health and wellness initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with primary and specialist doctors to ensure that patients receive timely and effective care.

• Community Health and Health Promotion skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Health Education
• Case Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with healthcare systems or telemedicine platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or related field
