As a Healthcare Worker at Cureboon, you will play a vital role in addressing the challenges faced by primary physicians in overburdened healthcare systems, particularly in developing countries like India. Your main responsibility will be to provide teleconsultations with specialist doctors to patients from your teleconsultation setup, ensuring that patients receive quality treatment in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct teleconsultations with specialist doctors for each patient's case - Facilitate doctor-to-doctor telecommunication to consult specialists seamlessly - Enhance patient diagnosis and timely access to care through comprehensive interfaces and assistive scheduling - Improve patient retention, build strong doctor networks, and reduce out-of-pocket expenses for patients Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Healthcare Worker or similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with specialists and primary physicians - Knowledge of teleconsultation setups and procedures - Understanding of patient care and treatment protocols Cureboon, a company funded by IIT Patna's incubator program, is dedicated to revolutionizing the healthcare industry by providing innovative solutions for primary physicians and patients.
