Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with VoicesForVictory.com users - Provide personalized healthcare guidance and support - Cross-sell and up-sell relevant healthcare services and premium features - Co-ordinate for institutional sales, including corporates, housing societies, malls & exhibitions Healthcare Coordination: - Make reminder calls for blood tests, doctor appointments, and health screenings - Conduct post-appointment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction - Assist users with appointment scheduling and service navigation Customer Success: - Onboard new users and resolve service-related queries - Maintain detailed CRM records of user interactions and appointments - Gather feedback to improve platform services Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare services - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field Skills Required: - Excellent verbal communication with empathy for healthcare conversations - Basic understanding of healthcare services and medical appointments - Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office - Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information Location: - Andheri (E), Mumbai (Hybrid),
