The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, drive service adoption, and ensure exceptional customer experience for VoicesForVictory.com users throughout their healthcare journey. Key Responsibilities Client Management: • Build and maintain relationships with VoicesForVictory.com users • Provide personalized healthcare guidance and support • Cross-sell and up-sell relevant healthcare services and premium features • Co-ordinate for institutional sales, including corporates, housing societies, malls & exhibitions Healthcare Coordination: • Make reminder calls for blood tests, doctor appointments, and health screenings • Conduct post-appointment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction • Assist users with appointment scheduling and service navigation Customer Success: • Onboard new users and resolve service-related queries • Maintain detailed CRM records of user interactions and appointments • Gather feedback to improve platform services Requirements Experience & Education: • Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or healthcare services • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy.
