Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in improving the productivity and efficiency of laboratory operations in both public and private sectors. Your responsibilities will include creating lean laboratory automation designs, transition management processes, and providing implementation expertise to sites converting to Siemens solutions. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and quality throughout the design, implementation, and optimization process. Key Responsibilities: - Meet customer needs by optimizing laboratory automation solutions and processes using Siemens proprietary tools and external analytical programs. - Address any identified defects by collaborating with service and applications support teams and leveraging lean methodologies for solution optimization. - Offer consultative laboratory services to current and potential customers, assisting in the design of complex automation solutions. - Develop technical CAD drawings focusing on automation design and service requirements, collaborating with project management and sales teams for costings and implementation planning. - Provide detailed transitional processes as part of the solution offering. - Support the sales team by presenting HCS and workflow solutions components, completing workflow and design sections of tender requests, and delivering health check results to customers. Qualifications Required: - Tertiary qualification in Science, Applied Science, or a related field. - 8-12 years of relevant experience.,
