Job Overview

The Healthcare Service Technician provides technical and patient support within healthcare facilities. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining medical equipment, assisting healthcare professionals during procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain medical equipment, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
• Assist doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff in diagnostic tests, treatments, or minor procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues or malfunctions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while handling medical tools or machines.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, repairs, and patient service logs.
• Provide technical support and guidance on proper use of medical devices.
• Follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with patient positioning, sample collection, or mobility support if required.
• Support administrative tasks like inventory management, ordering supplies, and documentation.
• Stay updated with new medical technologies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Healthcare, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Healthcare Technician / Medical Technician preferred.
• Knowledge of medical equipment operations and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work under pressure.

Salary Range:

₹12000 – ₹ 15000 Per Month
