Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Healthcare Sales Executive with a proven track record in medical or diagnostic sales. Your role will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with diagnostic labs, pathology clinics, and small to mid-sized hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with pathology labs and diagnostic centers.
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to potential clients.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through field visits, cold calls, and healthcare networks.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the tech and onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and medical conferences to generate leads.
• Report weekly progress and maintain CRM records.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical sales.
• Existing network of contacts in pathology labs or diagnostics chains.
• Familiarity with pathology workflows, LIS software, or health IT systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and field-savvy.
• Prior experience in selling SaaS or health-tech solutions is a strong advantage.
