Ro Key Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen candidates via phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, including scheduling and feedback collection. Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare hiring regulations and documentation (e.g., licenses, credentials, background checks). Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools. Collaborate with account managers, clients, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
