As part of this role, your responsibilities will include: - Being clinically oriented and preferred to have a background in Medical Technology - Fluent in medical terminology and familiar with major LIS and EMR's such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Sunquest, Orchard, and NextGen - Having experience in medical technology background or related to EMR compendium management/build experience - Possessing Clinical Test code translation experience and understanding of medical terminology - Using SQL and Excel for importing/exporting data via Excel post mapping into SQL tables - Demonstrating exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel - Communicating effectively within the peer group - Multi-tasking and meeting stringent customer deadlines - Providing project status updates as required by leadership - Quickly learning systems for compendium mapping/build file purposes - Working US hours to allow for team collaboration Your tasks will involve: - Creating test directories for RBU's/EBU's - Triaging and preparing demand requests for team members - Monitoring and providing status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects - Mapping customer to codes - Producing ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors The training for this role will be comprehensive due to the nature of the role and will involve a combined effort between minimal documentation and extensive mentoring.
