Job Description - 5+ years of business analysis experience specifically within healthcare. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITECH), and clinical workflows. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate complex healthcare concepts into clear business requirements. Experience with healthcare IT projects such as EHR implementations, claims processing, or population health management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications like CBAP or healthcare-specific credentials are a plus
